1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Pulavor (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Pulavor is an online educational platform that provides interactive quizzes, test assignments, gamified learning experiences, and instant feedback tools focused on hairdressing tools and techniques. The Service is delivered via the internet and may be accessed through supported web browsers on compatible devices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at help@pulavor.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or if your use poses a risk to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes consistent with these Terms of Use and any applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to quizzes, questions, educational materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Pulavor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over platform content.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If the Service allows you to submit content, you retain ownership of what you submit. By submitting content, you grant Pulavor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Pulavor without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. 7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid feature after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7.2 Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at help@pulavor.com.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pulavor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulavor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Pulavor in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50) if you have not made any payments.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulavor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pulavor. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email or through the Service interface. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property clauses, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at help@pulavor.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through direct communication within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to in connection with specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pulavor with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
